CONSTRUCTION UPDATES | JULY 2018

It has been an exciting time for those purchasers who have carried out their presettlement inspections. We have been very happy with the quality of the construction, the great feel in the lobby spaces and the evolving retail areas. If you have not yet carried out your presettlement inspection, we are sure that you will be pleasantly surprised and we look forward to showing you through.

We are very pleased to have submitted the stratum subdivision plan (dividing the retail spaces from the residential apartments) and the strata plan (dividing up the individual apartments) with the Land Registry Office for registration. We will be writing individually to your solicitor to confirm that this has occurred and will include a copy of the plans that have been submitted. Once the strata plan is registered and the occupation certificate is issued, you will be contacted by your solicitor and the process of Settlement on your apartment will commence.

On settlement of your apartment we look forward to welcoming you to your new home. We will meet you at Tempo to hand over the keys and an apartment manual to help you to settle in and get to know your apartment better.

To make moving in easier for everyone, we request that you complete the move in booking form to ensure that the moving process is a hassle free as possible. We have employed a building manager to assist with your settling in. Please contact the building manager with any questions that you may have.
